Missed payments and credit rating
All missed payments will be delayed to the end of your contract. This will not have an impact on your credit rating with our company. If you need to delay a payment, you must contact us 48 hours ahead of time and it will be delayed to the end of your contract by one of our agents. Conscientious reimbursement of Credit Margin will ensure excellent service; the renewal of your Credit Margin is always hassle-free.
Our company uses responsible collection practices. If you are not able to make your payments, our collections agents can end your payment plan and will use different methods to collect the money due. The payments that are cancelled will accumulate interest on the unpaid balance of your Credit Margin. The borrower is responsible for all legal fees required for collecting the balance due. Non-recovered debts will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Responsible Credit Margin Policy
All applications are subject to a filtering process, with the goal of ensuring that the borrower has sufficient revenue to reimburse the Credit Margin. This includes, but is not limited to: verifying that your monthly salary is sufficient for reimbursing the Credit Margin and qualifies for such a Credit Margin; that you don’t have an excessive quantity of fees for insufficient funds in your bank account; that you don’t have an excessive number of pre-authorized payments charged to your bank account which can interfere with your ability to pay your Credit Margin in the desired time. If you don’t meet one of these criteria, your Credit Margin application will be rejected.
